STRUCTURE BEFORE GROWTH
Most business owners try to grow their way out of chaos. It never works. We build the foundation first: clear roles, documented processes, and decision systems, so that when growth comes, it compounds instead of breaks you.
I help business owners in MENA build structured, scalable businesses.
So growth feels controlled — not chaotic.

The Philosophy
Two decades of building, coaching, and getting it wrong — distilled into four principles I apply to every business I touch.
Most business owners try to grow their way out of chaos. It never works. We build the foundation first: clear roles, documented processes, and decision systems, so that when growth comes, it compounds instead of breaks you.
If every decision goes through you, you don't own a business, you own a dependency. The goal is a business that runs, serves clients, and solves problems without needing you in the room every time.
Revenue is vanity. Profit is reality. We focus on what the business actually keeps, not what it turns over. A lean, profitable business beats a busy, broke one every time.
Even if you never sell, build as if you will. A business worth selling has a strong brand, clean systems, and value that exists beyond its founder. That is also, not coincidentally, a business worth owning.
Family Business
Family businesses in MENA carry a weight that no consultant from the outside fully understands. The politics of succession. The loyalty to the way things have always been done. The founder who built everything and can't let go — and the next generation who inherited responsibility without authority.
This is not a generic management problem. It requires someone who understands the culture, the dynamics, and the cost of getting it wrong.
I work with family business founders and their successors to build the systems, the structure, and the leadership clarity that allows the business to survive the transition — and grow beyond it.
Succession
Navigate the handover without breaking what was built.
Structure
Build the systems and roles the next generation can run.
Growth
Professionalise the business so it outlasts its founder.
Flagship Result
This is what three years of structured coaching looks like.
A student entrepreneur at Princess Sumaya University for Technology came in with an idea and no structure. No systems, no brand, no business model — just a concept and ambition.
Over three years of coaching through the EIR programme at PSUT, we built it properly. Business model. Brand. Operations. Go-to-market. Every layer, in the right order.
The result: his mobile app platform — No Nerds — was acquired by Jo Academy.
“This is the Build to Sell philosophy made real. And it started with structure.”
The outcome
Acquired by Jo Academy.
Not a funding round. An exit. A real one.
Concept → validated model
Operations built to run without the founder

Client Testimonials
“Sari helped me see my mistakes. He helped me build proper systems and protocols, and I built a team that works correctly with less involvement from me.”
When I first started working with Sari, I felt lost — even though I had been managing my own engineering business for years. I didn't know where I was going or how to grow in a field that's constantly changing. After a few sessions, things started to improve. I was able to focus more on innovation and bringing in more clients.

“Joining the coaching programme with Sari to plan my business from scratch was the smartest decision I made. Success requires starting correctly and learning how to save the time that gets wasted on unnecessary mistakes. Thank you for your wisdom and support — for treating my business as if it were your own, and for your constant encouragement in the right direction and your belief in my abilities.”
